By checking the following statements, you agree to the Atop Return/Exchange terms and conditions:

I agree to a 15% restocking fee if my return/exchange item(s) have passed the 14 days of purchase. I agree that returns are not accepted after 14 days; any exchanges will not be processed if it has been more than 90 days since the purchase date. I agree that the items I'm returning/exchanging are in resellable condition (i.e.: original package, unmarked, and unbroken seals). I agree that customers may ship back items with a courier of their choice but will be responsible for any fees, duties, and taxes that may apply.

Additional Information

Products must be purchased within the previous fourteen(14) days for full refunds.
Equipment, special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable/exchangeable.
Any open items returned to us will not be accepted and will automatically be sent back to you at your own cost. A shipping fee will be billed to your account. (Fee will vary from province to province)
Gift cards that no longer qualify as a result of returning items must either be returned to us or the gift card amount will be deducted from refund amount.
Atop Dental is not liable for any wrong order placed by the customer. As a result, if we provide UPS or ICS service to ship back your items for return/exchange, freight charges will be billed to your account.
